Tom & Gina Crisp aus Tucson, Arizona vermieten für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt in Arizona an deutsche Interessenten (Square Dancer bevorzugt – Tom ist ein bekannter Caller in Tucson und callt auch gelegentlich in Deutschland) ein großes Ferien-Mobile Home. Größe fast 150 Quadratmeter und leicht ausreichend für zwei Paare und eine Einzelperson. Das Mobile Home ist komplett eingerichtet und hat Klimaanlage, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, eine Küche, sowie einen Eß- bzw. Aufenthaltsraum. Außerdem gibt’s Geschirrspüler, Fernseher und Te¬lefon sowie in einem Nebenraum Waschmaschine und Trockner. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was für einen komfortablen Urlaub nötig ist (Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kochgeschirr, Teller und Bestecke). Lage: Im Osten von Tuscon und nur wenige Minuten entfernt von Restaurants, Golfplätzen und Shop¬ping Centers. In näherer bzw. weiterer Entfernung liegen Saguaro National Park, die historischen Western-Städte Benson und Tombstone, Sabino Canyon, Mt.Lemon, die Old Tucson Studios und das Sonora Wüsten-Museum. In zwei Stunden ist man (Richtung Süden) in Mexiko oder (Richtung Norden) in Phoenix. Das Klima ist im Winter warm und im Sommer trocken mit kühlen Nächten. Natürlich befinden sich zahlreiche Square Dance Clubs in und um Tucson und Tom & Gina sind bei Besuchen gerne behilflich. Das Mobile Home steht auf der Crisp-Ranch am Rande von Tucson, räumlich getrennt vom Wohnhaus der Crisps; ausreichende Privatatmosphäre ist daher gewährleistet.

$150 deposit is required before arrival to secure reservation. This deposit also serves as a cleaning/damage deposit and is fully refundable when unit left in same condition as found.
Total balance due upon arrival

Full payment is due upon arrival including the security deposit. When no damage is found and kitchen is clean, the security deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. Please do not wash sheets or vacuum upon departure. Vacuum is available upon request if needed.

Garbage and recycle items can be placed in Green bin (plastic, garbage, etc.) and Blue bin (Recycle, cans, bottles, etc.) located next to driveway to main house.

Feel free to explore property and go for walks in the wash. Children should be supervised at all time. Please respect private areas, i.e., shop area and residential area. Pool use is open during summer months.

Use deadbolt lock only. Door handle lock is sometimes hard to open. Back door key is the same as the front door.

Please turn heater down and air conditioner to higher settings when trailer is not occupied.

Extra bedding and sleeping pad is available for extra accommodations.

Wireless internet users. Reception could be better on porch or on patio near pool. The router is located in office. Contact us for the password code.

This is a self-care horse facility. Horse owners care for their own horses. Please do not feed the horses. Children should be supervised at all times and should not be permitted to go into stalls or areas.
